Supply Trainee Program 

In AB InBev, we believe in investing in our future leaders. The Program “Supply Trainee” it’s a an intensive training plan that seeks to attract the most brilliant and motivated newly graduated engineers by nurturing their talent providing meaningful experiences  since the beginning. Our goal is to find people who can take on challenges since the beginning of their career and those who have the potential to become our future leaders in the field. We accomplish this by putting Supply Trainees in an intensive training program before their very first role, where they will obtain information on each aspect of the Supply turn.Upon successfully completing the training program, they will assume a middle management position, based on their profiles, interests and results.

Minimum requirement:

- Just graduated or maximum 2 years of doing so

- Graduated of Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Chemistry, Electronics, Electrical,     Agronomy, Environmental, and Biotechnology, Natural Sciences (Physical,         Chemistry,Math, etc)

- Disposition to move – they will be moving to different locations during the training program and must be disposed to do so throughout their career.

- Advanced English.

- Competition in Microsoft Office (especially Excel). Ability to adapt quickly to new systems.
