Supply Trainee Program

Grupo Modelo, founded in 1925, is the leader in Mexico in beer production, distribution and marketing. 

It has a total annual installed capacity of 61.5 million hectoliters. Currently, it brews and distributes 14 brands incluiding Corona Extra, the number one Mexican beer sold in the world, Modelo Especial, Victoria, Pacífico and Negra Modelo. It exports seven brands and is present in more than 180 countries. It is the importer of Anheuser-Busch InBev's products in Mexico, incluiding Budweiser, Bud Light and O'Doul's. It also imports the Chinese Tsingtao brand and the Danish been Carlsberg. 

Through a strategic alliance with Nestlé Waters, it produces and distributes in Mexico the bottled water brands Sta. María and Nestlé Pureza Vital among others.

Grupo Modelo trades in the Mexican Stock Exchange since 1994 with the ticket symbol GMODELOC. It also quotes as an ADR under the ticker GPMCY in the OTC markets and in Latibex in Spain as XGMD.

Since 2013 Grupo Modelo is an important part of AB-InBev the largest brewing company in the world.

Supply Trainee Program

At AB InBev, we believe in investing in our future leaders today. The Supply Trainee Program is an intensive training program which attracts the brightest, most driven graduates engineers and nurtures their talent by giving relevant experiences right from the start. Our goal is to find people who can take on supply challenging positions early on in their career and who have the potential to become our future leaders in this function. We achieve this by putting the supply trainees through an intensive training program before their first role, where they will gain insight into every aspect of the Supply function.

Upon successful completion of the training program, you will take on an entry-level management position in supply function depending on your profile, interest and results. You will also receive a mentor from the executive team when you start in your first position

Minimum Requirements:

• Current University student or recent university graduate
• Bachelors degree required, mandatory in Engineering or similar
• Work authorization in the country
• Geographical mobility – you will move to different locations during the training program, and you should be willing to relocate throughout your career
• Fluency in English
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and ability to quickly adapt to new systems
